- Q. What currency are the prices in?
A. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
- Q. Do you ship International?
A. We have shipped outside of the USA but shipping can be rather pricey if you use express shipping. If you decide to order and DO NOT request Express shipping we can not guarantee the safety of your package after we send it out.
- Q. Can you combine shipping after I've placed multiple orders?
A. Unfortunately we can not combine shipping on multiple orders so please try your best to order all the items you're interested in in one order.
- Q. What type of payment methods are accepted?
A. At this time, Paypal is accepted and you will need an account to place an order. We DO NOT accept e-check payments. Payments made with an e-check will be canceled immediately.
- Q. Do you accept cancelations or returns?
A. Sorry; we do not accept cancelations or returns so please order accordingly.
- Q. Are all items handmade?
A. Yes; all items are handmade. Unlike what others may think, Automatic Honey is not a large business and we make every single item by hand. We try to make sure each item is made in the highest standard but please understand each item will be slightly different from the one photographed.
- Q. I have metal allergies are your metal pieces hypoallergenic friendly?
A. No, unfortunately our metal pieces are made from zinc and brass and at the moment we do not offer hypoallergenic metals. Please be aware of this before purchasing our items.
